Danielle created Grow Education Services when she saw a need for training and professional development that was current and relevant to specific program needs.

Danielle is an expert in Education with nearly 20 years of experience in Early childhood education settings. She is an Instructor at several higher education institutions with over 50 college courses taught.

She earned a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education. She is a certified Professional Development Specialist for the Council of Recognition.

Grow can provide consultant opportunities, professional development, coaching, and advising for employees or employers seeking assistance. Training can be one-on-one, in small groups, in large groups, virtual, or in person.

Grow developed and delivered a professional development session at Schoolcraft College to help professionals better understand Adult Learning Theory and connect course objectives to practice. We spent time analyzing the Instructor's approach, reflective observation, and current assessment techniques to improve learning events. 

Grow's most recent project has been to partner with ACCESS to develop a training to be reproduced for Michigan Child Care providers. This training is to connect providers and families with resources in the community.
